The programme is intended for practicing managers with prior experience. The requirements for joining the Henley MBA programme are:

• A minimum of three years' relevant post-graduate (managerial or executive work experience
• A first degree or equivalent qualification
• Evidence of competence in English if not your first language

If you do not hold a degree or equivalent qualification, it may still be possible to admit you to the Diploma in Management programme. For the Diploma, you should have a minimum of three years relevant work experience.

Under special circumstances it may be possible to admit candidates, who do not necessarily meet all these requirements exactly, on merit.

If you are a member of a relevant professional body, you may be exempted from a specific assignment in Parts One or Two, although you will be examined on the subject in the relevant case study examination. Non-standard applications are reviewed by the Henley Admissions Panel.

All applicants are required to submit a completed Henley application form, certified copies of degree certificates, a CV and satisfactory references (one business and one academic)

Make no mistake, undertaking the Henley MBA is a challenging experience. Some would say that it is the most arduous way of attaining your MBA, requiring dedication, self-discipline and application in order to achieve success. We are here to help you achieve your ambition - but you must be prepared to commit yourself to the programme. These are the things we ask of you:

• An average of 10 hours' study a week over 2½ - 3 years.
• Prompt submission of assignments and written work.
• Access to computer facilities. (To take full advantage of all components of the programme, you will need a PC, a modem and or access to the Internet.)
• Commitment to a programme which includes periodic workshops, tutorial and study groups.

The fee includes: study materials, virtual learning environment access, tutorial advice, assessment, workshops, examination and project work and lifelong membership of the Henley alumni association plus accommodation and meals at the Starter workshop for Stage 1.
