How to Apply
The MBA by Flexible Learning programme is designed for experienced practicing managers. Most already have around 10 years work experience. Sharing experiences with fellow programme members enriches learning.
To join a Henley MBA programme you will need:
n Three years' management experience (PDF-53 KB)
n Good first degree or equivalent professional or international qualification
n Evidence of competence in English - if it is not your first or working language (see below)
n Access to company data for assignment purposes
Academic requirements
A good first degree or the equivalent professional or international qualification is normally required. However, we welcome applications from candidates with exceptional management experience who may not meet all the formal criteria for admission. If you have a minimum of five years' managerial experience at a senior level we would be happy to consider an application. We thooroughly review all non-standard applications for suitability. You will also be normally required to participate in an interview/information session.
English language requirements
All applicants are required to have a good command of the English language since this will be the language used for both delivery of modules as well as for submission of coursework. Applicants whose language is not English, or who did not complete their first degree in English will need to provide evidence of their performance level of English with their application.
